If you have paid for your order using BDO's Send Money service, either through BDO Online (Retail Internet Banking) or BDO Mobile Banking, a reference number is generated for each successful transaction. This number is required to validate your payment.
1. Where to find your reference number
For BDO Mobile Banking:
- The reference number will look like this:
MA_PC-xxxxxxxx-nnnnnnnn, wherennnnnn
are the last 6–8 digits. - You can find this in:
- The transaction confirmation screen after completing the transfer.
- Email/SMS notifications if enabled.
- Your transaction history in the BDO Mobile Banking app.
For BDO Online (Retail Internet Banking):
- The reference number will look like this:
FT-xxxxxxxx-nnnnnn, wherennnnnn
are the last 6–8 digits. - You can find this in:
- The confirmation screen of your completed transaction.
- Transaction history in your BDO Online account.
2. How to use your reference number

Submit your proof of payment:
- Visit our Payment Confirmation form.
- Enter the reference number in the designated field and upload a screenshot or photo of your transaction.

Validate your payment:
- Once we verify your reference number, your order status will be updated to "Processing."
3. What to do if you can’t find your reference number

Check your BDO account history:
- Log in to the app or online banking to view your recent transactions.

- Provide them with details like the date, amount, and recipient account to retrieve your reference number.
